The Faculty of Health Science offers the Master of Clinical Science and the Doctor of Philosophy(PhD). These are programs undertaken by research alone.

Master of Clinical Science

The master of clinical science aims to train students in research methodology and techniques and in the critical evaluation of the research work carried out. Students are also required to apply and evaluate their methodologies and techniques. Candidates who have satisfactorily completed their first year of the degree may be considered for an upgrade or transfer to the PhD, subject to approval by the Board of Graduate Studies. The MCSC is usually completed in 2 years.

We highly encourage students undertaking MCsc and PhD who have research interest in the areas represented in the Discipline of Nursing programs of research.
